Quality & Compliance

Quality is governed through structure, documentation and controlled execution across the sports nutrition supply chain.

A controlled approach to quality

Quality and compliance are not treated as separate functions within Sports Nutrition Co.
They are embedded into how products are defined, governed and supplied across the sports nutrition value chain.

Our approach focuses on structure, documentation and accountability ensuring that quality requirements are clear, verifiable and scalable across products and markets.

Quality governance

Sports Nutrition Co. governs quality through a specification-driven and documentation-based model.

Key elements of this governance include:

clearly defined product specifications
structured release and documentation procedures
coordination of production within certified environments
centralized oversight of batch information and traceability

This model allows execution to vary where needed, while quality control and responsibility remain centralized.

Product specifications (PSS)

All products are defined through structured Product Specification Sheets (PSS).
These documents describe:

product composition and formulation
nutritional and ingredient declarations
allergen information
intended use and storage conditions
shelf life parameters

The PSS serves as the reference document for production, labeling and quality alignment across the supply chain.

Certified production environments

Manufacturing activities are performed in facilities operating under recognized food safety and quality standards, such as:

GMP
IFS Food
ISO 22000

Sports Nutrition Co. works within these certified environments to ensure that production activities align with applicable EU food legislation and established quality frameworks.

Batch traceability

Batch-level traceability is maintained through internal administrative systems.
This includes:

batch and lot identification
linkage between production, documentation and delivery
historical traceability for supplied products

Traceability is designed to support both regulatory requirements and practical quality management.

Certificates of Analysis (COA)

Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available upon request.

A COA provides analytical confirmation for defined parameters of a specific production batch and is issued separately from the Product Specification Sheet.

COAs may involve additional analytical testing and are supplied based on product, batch and customer requirements.

HACCP-based working principles

Sports Nutrition Co. operates in alignment with HACCP principles as part of its quality governance framework.
This includes:

risk-based evaluation of products and processes
documented procedures and responsibilities
coordination with certified production facilities
structured handling of quality deviations and incidents

HACCP documentation and procedures are maintained internally and reviewed as part of ongoing quality management.

Regulatory

All activities are performed within the framework of applicable EU food legislation.
Sports Nutrition Co. ensures that:

product definitions align with regulatory requirements
labeling information is consistent with specifications
quality documentation is available and maintained
compliance responsibilities are clearly assigned

Built for continuity

Quality systems are designed to remain effective as operations evolve.
Changes in scale, execution or supply configuration can be accommodated without compromising documentation, traceability or compliance.

This ensures continuity across products, partners and markets.

"Quality is governed through structure, not assumption."
